Total experience of 8 -15 years in HR; and relevant experience of 3-5 years in recruitment.
Develop and execute sourcing strategy for direct sourcing (Job Portals/Walk-Ins/Job Fair/Etc.) ensuring cost effectiveness, source mix and on-time delivery.
Experience in managing volume hiring (Voice / Non-voice / Campus) and full-life cycle recruitment.
Effectively network with operations leaders including TFG and campus channel partners to meet requirements.
Would lead a team that would handle direct sourcing and manage pre-boarding activities of all new hires for agent positions.
Introduce new initiatives and implement industry benchmarked sourcing Intervention.
Ensures sourcing/joining MIS/dashboards are regularly published.
Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
Implement and administer performance management process for the team.
The candidate should have BPO volume hiring exposure in tier 1 companies
relevant experience of 3-5 years in recruitment required. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
