Administering Talent Management programs corresponding to various levels with the objective of enhancing productivity & organization development. Career Interviews & succession planning.
Learning & Development - Identification of training needs, developing a training plan, maximizing coverage, measuring effectiveness.
Exit & Attrition management
Driving/Managing end-to-end HR programs and interventions across
HR Operations: Managing team and responsible for background verification, medicals, on-boarding, compliance, HRIS, HR MIS, HR Audit
Making presentations to the management team
Employee Relations and Employee engagement activities (investigation of frauds, willful negligence, integrity lapses, etc.). Employee communication - Focus Group Meetings, Location Visits, Open Houses, Culture survey, Upward Feedback, etc.
Identifying training needs and preparation of training calendar, schedules & batches for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.
Conducting managerial and technical trainings to enhance the managerial and soft skills of the employees.
Budgeting & organising customised training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.
Responsible for Corporate Induction & delivering New Hire Orientation programs
