Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all accounting activities including all transaction accounting and management reporting for the automobile businesses. Reviews financial of business units and provides sound financial advice and value added analysis to the management..
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepares statutory accounts, financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, guidelines and statues including the production of financial reports as required by local laws.
Establishes guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepares the annual budget in consultation with the CFO
Reviews all finance & accounting reports submitted to senior management, including reports submitted to the responsible body, boards, management groups and any external organizations.
Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
Documents and maintains complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
Develops and maintains financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
Reviews reconciliations of other general ledger and subsidiary accounts and resolve discrepancies. Analyze and reconcile revenues and expenses.
Maintains contact and liaise with bankers, pension advisors and auditors to ensure the long term financial security and stability of the business.

10-15 years relevant experience having managed accounts for a large organization, with at least 3 years in the FMCG or related industry.

Competency Skills:

He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

PG - Graduate in any stream & Post Graduate in Finance.
He should be CA-qualified/ICWA-qualified
He should be an excellent communicator, speak Fluent English and be able to Multitask.
Incumbent must have excellent communication skills and should be able to speak fluent English.
