Job Description

Requirement:


Extensive Calendar Management.
. Provided a full range of support services and Office Administration.
. Plan and coordinate business meetings & events.
. Facilitate domestic and international business travel.
. Process expense reimbursements.
. Capture minutes of all staff meetings, circulate and follow-up on relevant action items.
. Collate and provide appropriate frequent reports.
. Organize corporate events (onsite & offsite), workshops, trainings, customer visits and its related logistics.
. Co-ordinate and carry out special events, requests, projects and team building activities.
. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with resorts, vendors, caterers and other service providers for special events.
. In-Charge of document preparation, confidential file management.
. Induction and on-boarding process for new team members.
. Space Management.
