Should be able to handle the day-to-day operations
Should be well versed with processes of SLA

Manage the internal team ( dvpt / sales / mktg ) & external team ( client / vendor )
8+yrs of exp in software product support management preferred.
Must manage a team of product support members and set the process of support team.
Help the sales team to achieve their goals.
Must have good managerial / communication skills.
