This role will be responsible for management and development of the VAS portfolio which would primarily include introduction of new services & maintenance of existing services to drive revenue.
The activities of this role would include:
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Work closely with the business team and improve existing products to deliver better ROI.
Work closely with Interactive Operations & Application Development team towards continuous improvement of user interface, product features, content planning & strategy for existing services.
Competition analysis & study of industry trends to provide key inputs for conceptualization of the product/ service.
Identification of potential partner relationships & content sourcing for the products. Working with the legal team to create/close agreements with partners.
Assisting in development of research briefs. Attending research modules to understand consumer behavior more closely to provide key inputs for future development.
Creation of product note, training material etc for dissemination of product knowledge to call centers & other cross functional teams.
Relationship management with partners/ vendors include revenue reporting, managing deliveries and day to day operations.
MIS of the product team budgets and publishing monthly reports for budgets & ROI.
Education Qualification: MBA - Marketing or Product Design course is ideal but any graduate course can be considered
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian consumer, excellent verbal and written communication skills, revenue-focused with relevant experience
Potential Industry: Previous experience in Media & Entertainment industry is preferred
