Job Description

Role:

Brand Strategy Product & Mother Brand

Participates in Business Plan development
Create brand strategy document with 3 and 1 year time horizon in line with priorities
Drive brand architecture work with Creative Agency
Creates annual action plans using the full marketing mix to implement brand strategy together with Product Managers

Media Planning

Creates an effective media plan to support brand building initiatives and sales growth
Develops high quality briefs for agencies in line with brand strategy and product segment priorities
Evaluates media plan from agencies to deliver on targets

Brand creative output management

Creative agency management
TV commercials development
Point of Sales and other materials creative development

Marketing Analytics

Analyses and uses market and consumer researches to identify short and long term risks for the brand
Creates regular marketing reports

Digital Strategy & Execution

Manage multiple Social Media Properties & innovatively use it for brand building
Develop Mobile Apps around product segment strategy

Research and PR Agency Management

Work with research partners to continuously upgrade consumer learning's for product and brand strategy
Drive brand track research and deepen the understanding within the team
Lead PR agency along with corporate communication team to deliver on brand PR agenda

Launches and Events Management

Manage and lead big corporate brand events like XYZ Awards
Support other events planning and offer specialist inputs for various launches and other inhouse events

Candidate Profile

Analyzes issues and breaks them down to component parts. Makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
