Lead high impact innovation programmes in cross functional teams (CFTs) across businesses in achieving business level strategic objectives.
Lead consumer insights for the various businesses. Develop organizational capability for consumer insights.
Develop breakthrough value propositions in terms of products, services and business models for various businesses within the group and take them to market through a process of business planning and prototyping.
Enable & build a culture of innovation and work closely with the leadership of various businesses and functions to drive innovation.
Creation of an internal and external ecosystem to support innovation i.e. experts, academicians and workshops, advanced labs etc. Play the role of process & content expert with project teams
Project Management for the innovation programs including implementation. Have end-to-end ownership in the project from ideation to implementation
Ensure standardization of innovation methodology through processes and manuals.
Qualifications : Industrial Design degree (mandatory)
Relevant experience in consumer insights, brand management and project execution.
