Opening for in Human Resource for Manager/Senior Manager-Compensation and Benefits-for a Leading Insurance company in Gurgaon.
MBA(HR)-Full Time required.
The incumbent will be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing organizational compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the organizations overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
The role will include responsibilities in the following areas, but not limited to the below:
Design Comp/Ben structures in line with local practices, handle compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale
Evaluate jobs, benchmarks, and review job offers for internal and external equity
Evaluate C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, compensative and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
Conduct reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data. Research and analyze salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
Monitor the organizations salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
