Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
Managing complete Knowledge Management process and practices across the organization.
Implementation of Business Excellence initiatives related to knowledge management e.g. Knowledge sharing webinars/ conferences, publishing periodic newsletters etc.
Supporting Sales and Marketing teams globally by providing collateral's related to vertical specific and agnostic best practices.
Deployment of excellence branding campaigns through creation of articles/ content for external forums, seminars, competitions in liaison with Marketing and Communication teams.
Supporting high impact projects as and when identified.
Desired skill sets:
Very strong communication skills (English) both verbal and written.
Work experience in the field of knowledge management is desirable.
Capability to conduct global seminars, conferences.
Ability to work with senior management (CXO) level
Ability to work across various geographies.
Knowledge and experience in configuration management desirable.
Desired qualifications (including certifications):
Diploma in Business Communication or relevant Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

8-15 years of which at least 3 years in a BPO.
Preferably, should have held leadership position in the Knowledge Management or similar function for about 2 to 3 years.
Work experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage.
Work experience in handling multi-geography initiatives will be an added advantage.
