Support the Geos to create a comprehensive and timely PQQ/
RFI/RFP/RfQ response document that presents an optimal business solution for
Develop, update and create useful supporting documentation during the RFX process
Extend support during proposal defence and BAFO stages responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
Keep the proposal database up to date and accurate.
Align proposals with customer's evaluation process.
Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate.
Provide support on the content that enables the solutions & sales team to focus on building relationship with the prospect.
Provide primary writing support, crafting benefits-driven proposals that are accurate, detailed, persuasive and responsive to client needs.
Act as liaison regularly with subject matter experts, transitions, IT, operations, and sales to revise and improve answers in the proposal database
Design and develop case studies, collaterals, competency documents, brochures, etc while not working on pursuits.
Who can create case studies and content from scratch
Create proposal defense presentations
Work on proposals but not as a bid manager but for writing content .
Should be from a contact center operations background who has gradually moved to the presales /marketing team .
*7 - 14 years - experience in Presales (PQQ/ RFI/RFP/RfQ/ RFP)
