Roles and responsibilities:
1.Channel sales of all financial products through IFA ,Corporates and clients.
2.Formulation of Sales Plan and implementing them for achieving the targets and focusing on the products of the month
3.New acquisition of channel advisers & clients and retain existing advisors.
4.All financial products such as Mutual funds, bonds, NCD, Insurance and IPOs etc.
5.Acquisition of new corporate for their investments.
6.Branch Operation, Marketing and sales of Financial Products.
7.Sales of WMS products (Mutual Fund, Insurance, IPO, Bonds etc.)
8.Perform social Media promotion, brand management and creative design.
9.Individual Instruction and drill
10.Field observation and demonstration
11.Implementation of General Office Leadership Development
12.Ensuring timely Induction and Product training for the team
13.Arranging Training and workshops for team
14.Handling Expansion of Team and Branches
15.Arranging work-sites for the Branches
16.Managing Relationship with various AMC and Life Ins co
17.Initiating and conducting marketing activities
