Business and Team KPI

Sales & Tendering of Products in the POWER Sector
Achieve Business Budget Targets & Margin
Manage, Lead and Develop a Team of employees including Direct Reports and Sub Direct Reports

Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferable) from an institute of repute.
15-20 years of Successful Sales Track Record in the Power Sector
Experience of having lead Sales efforts towards major Central / State Government owned power utilities and Major Private Industrial houses in the POWER Sector.
Good technical knowledge of POWER Generation related products.
Knowledge and familiarity with tendering processes and requirements in power generation sector.
Enquiry generation, presentation, preparation and submission of bids, techno-commercial clarifications, follow up, negotiations and bagging the orders.
Key account management and managing customer relationships
Technical knowledge of Power Plant equipment like Boiler/Turbine/ESP/Generator.
