Duties & Responsibilities: Sales
Plan, and direct the activities of a sales team within specified accounts and fields to achieve established targets. Manage day-to-day sales operations in order to implement Companys overall sales strategy for the assigned accounts and fields in respect of trading activity.
Regarding Companys products and services, contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, conference/seminar, pricing, and distribution strategies for the accounts and fields and monitor the performance of the sales within the accounts and fields. Re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collection to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in respect of trading activity of Company.
Reports to the General Manager, Sales & Business Development of Company.
Duties & Responsibilities: Business Development
Support the business development activities of Company short and long term business objectives under General Managers instruction. Coordinate with logistic team of supplier to raise indents, Proforma invoices for customers & see that orders are executed.
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts with the supplier and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
Establish long-term professional relationships with potential partners.
Lead meetings and negotiations with potential business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the Company's business interests.
Reports to the General Manager, Sales & Business Development of the Company
