Job Description

At least five years of experience selling digital products (classifieds/yellow pages).
Experience in team handling/leadership role.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving ability and strong ability to communicate across levels.
Ability to work with cross-functional groups.
Provide leadership to the city sales team and direct the team towards defined goals.
Deliver key results including revenue targets realization, Market share, Client acquisition target, retention rates, client satisfaction metrics and superior advertiser experience.
Identify new markets/opportunities and work with the product team to capitalize on that.
Help build a robust sales process and deliver consistently on all defined key business metrics.
Work closely with the product/customer experience teams to build a robust CRM process/system to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and renewal sales

Qualification : Graduate with MBA preferred.
