Prepare a business plan for the assigned region with complete mapping of potential customers.
Very good knowledge of sheet metal products like Cabinets/panels/Enclosures/Cable trays and others including processes and cost structure.
Work closely with Engg and other functions to prepare and monitor project timelines coordinate to deliver 1st time right samples per agreed timeline.
Deliver consistently on the revenue targets by smoothly managing schedules, collections, c-forms and others.
Ensure timely supplies to customer and also resolving customer complaints and other commercial concerns.
Keep a constant track of significant market activities that may impact current business and identify product/technologies for future opportunities.
Ensure that the required market research for new product development is commissioned and results are incorporated.
Prepare customer visit reports, weekly report updates and MIS reports Also track competitive activities, product benchmarks, alignments between competition and customers, etc.
Documentation and processes as per TS19649, CSS to be conducted per manual and necessary actions to be taken to improve the gaps.
Desirable Age: 32-34 yrs
Minimum Qualification : B.Tech Mechanical + MBA
Desirable Exp. : 8-10 years
Strong experience with direct OE + Tier-1 for applications like Server & Networking Racks, Cabinets, Enclosures, Panels, Cable trays etc
