Support Marketing activities of the Groups in India
OEM program/platform intelligence: Reconciliation and coordination of India Programs & volumes
India Competitor Intelligence: Develop comprehensive Competitor database by Group and who supplies to whom by program
Marketing Coordination: Organize group participation in trade shows (Auto Expo, SIAT, etc.) and OEM Customer Tech shows, Purchasing Conference and other similar events
Marketing Communications Develop and maintain the India marketing communication tools, corporate overviews and coordination with Corporate PR Team for India activities
Support Business Development activity for the groups in India
Build and influence relationships with key OE decision makers in Product Planning, Sales and Engineering to get new business opportunities and sustain current ones. Support and coordinate multi group customer meetings where necessary
Support function for The Intelligence Network: assist in populating competitor information in Intelligence Network intranet for all regions
Meet budget and timing requirements, Meet communication objectives for customer interface Progress against Responsibilities, Group Feedback, India Sales to Target.
Sales / marketing management experience, preferably in a manufacturing Auto Ancillary Component OE market, in positions of increasing responsibility.
Good understanding of competitive analysis and strategy development process and experience in sales & marketing and business management in a MNC environment
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, English writing & presentation skills, computer proficiency, analytical skills, prospecting & closing
Skills, motivation for sales, sales planning, selling to customer , energy level, professionalism, selfdriven with good work ethic and crosscultural understanding.
