Identification of GreenField Projects, Preparation of Business plans (cost estimation, tariff evaluation etc). Tracking & Evaluating power projects / JV opportunities Liaisoning with Various Government agencies for clearances, Environmental, Fuel, Water etc and getting Project agreements (Electricity sales, fuel procurement, water, land etc) Preparing, submitting the Bid Documents (Case-1, Case-2) and participate in the Bid process. Due Diligence of Acquisitions, Bidding's, Purchase and Valuations Participate in the corporate strategy development. Review and monitor existing projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

B.Tech, MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in Power Sector - Business Development.
