Job Description

Act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets

What will you do:

Acquisition of enterprise accounts across sectors
Reach out & convince the client about the benefits of using our product & how it can reduce the time involved in hiring with better talent pool
Maintain healthy business relations with clients and ensure long term and sustainable relationship by maintaining high customer satisfaction level
Build database of potential leads, and tap contacts of existing employees and clients
Generate revenue from the serviced accounts and build relationships to up sell and cross sell
Give regular feedback on market conditions, competitions and other factors influencing sale
Comply with sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism and integrity
Achieve turnover and profit targets for the business
Identify new trends & opportunities in the market and come up with the innovative ideas for business growth
Regular follow-ups with existing customers to proactively resolve any issues faced by them
Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new product features that meet client needs

Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute

Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier I Institute
4+ years of experience in Enterprise/Corporate Sales (product sales preferred)
Ability to work in a faced paced entrepreneurial environment
Hunger for developing new business
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
