Job Description

Role and Responsibilities :

This is a technical sales role and business development role . The typical skills that are needed are around selling technical and executive consulting services around CAMSS, Server Consolidation, Virtualisation, Storage Consoliation, Server Storage Solutions, Data Migration , Database deployments , Data Center Optimisation solutions. While hands on working knowledge on servers and storage is not necessary, good amount of technical skills in understanding requirements as well as articulating solutions is mandatory. Any skills around Systems hardware products will be a significant advantage.

Skills Required :

Good technical skills / work experience in product engineering or services in areas related to - Systems Technologies(Power Systems, Storage , Mainframe, Systems SW etc.) and Executive Consulting Services.
Project / People Management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a global, multi-tasking and matrix environment.
Conflict Resolution / Negotiation Skills
Relationship Management / client facing experience / Team building skills
Deep understanding of the market place. Sales & Business Acumen
Exceptional Leadership skills to multitask , lead discussions with Execs and good customer handling skills
Service & solution selling,
Interpersonal relationship skills
Analytical skills
Good Communication skills
Should have strong expertise in Office applications ( Excel including macros, pivots; Word Presentation)
