Will be a part of a team that will be pre launching, launching and sustenance level sales.
Identify prospective clients from various fields to sell residential and commercial projects
Understand the client's needs and suggest him/her the appropriate flat/s and project/s
Accompanying clients or prospective leads for site visits/property visits
Generate revenue by closing deals
Prepare project presentations as and when desired by the management.
Carry out regular follow ups with the clients to close the deals
Maintain good rapport with the clients and make them comfortable with the product and company
To coordinate with the brokers as and when required& to be updated on resale market trends
Participate in various property exhibitions and seminars related to real estate industry
To come up with some innovative ideas for various sales promotion activities.
Create and maintain MIS
Update oneself with happenings on competition and the market
