Experience of new dealers recruitment - LOI, LOA, Dealer Agreements etc.
Hands-on experience of developing & establishing dealership systems (exposure to IT systems is preferred)
Conduct quarterly diagnosis of all dealerships in the zone to understand root causes for low performance and subsequently drive corrective actions plan along-with field team
Drive implementation of standard sales system & adherence to sales manual at all dealerships across the zone
Capability building of dealers sales teams and M&M field team
Get all LOI dealers installed within the given time lines
Channel manpower incentives - releasing monthly schemes, compiling performance data and processing incentive disbursements
Maintain monthly MIS on different parameters like channel manpower attrition, channel manpower performance, dealers performance etc
