Involved in conceptualizing corporate goals & business plans for achievement of all India corporate sales volume and revenue growth .
Establishing & executing special schemes based on segment wise potential to meet sales target through dealer network.
Disseminating training to dealer channel sales force as well as overseeing the corporate manpower productivity and efficiency.
