Job Description

Responsible for providing support to Sales team on Pan India basis for understanding customer application requirements in field.
Based on inputs from Customer/ field give necessary inputs to product development team for product development within customer cost expectations.
Follow up with product development team on timely deliveries of products.
Get Feedback for Seeding / New Application for building customer centric products.
Enhance Customer relations for Engines sold in different applications.
Liase with Sales team, Customer and Product development team
High level of Team interaction & Collaborative working with Sales & development team to develop processes & systems (SOP for development and delivery of product, Scope of supply for various applications).
Works as a briodge between sales and marketing team and PD Team to establish application.
Works as Product Manager for App business.
Co-ordinate with PDT/ PSM/ Service to make available manuals , part catalogue for new products in Non DG application.
Should have exp. in Engine Applications.
