Degree: - Graduate or above
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment domain of which 2 years should be in leading a team.
Experience in recruitment delivery in the Engineering domain is a must.
Prior Experience of hiring for Industrial process and control systems domain.
Have handled minimum 200/250 lateral hires in a year
Prior experience of managing senior level stakeholders
