Graduate with MBA preferably
Must possess minimum 8 years of total experience post masters qualification.
Must possess resource management experience in a large & geographically diversified technology company, preferable IT Services industry.
Incumbent must have a mix of HR & RMG experience with latest experience in RMG/WFM.
Must have prior experience in optimizing workforce for positive topline / bottom-line impact.
Incumbent must have grown through HR route to RMG function or been in RMG throughout for technology set ups or large Finance & Operations set ups.
Must have ability to deliver high impact results amid complex & ambiguoussituations.
Able to manage multiple tasks and competing or changing priorities
Extremely good at Stake holder management
Strong analytical skills and high degree of comfort with data crunching.
Must have done planning &operations management with P&L impact analysis.
Coordinating with Project Managers/Unit Leads with respect to requirement, utilization and mobilization.
