Job Description

Division / Business Unit: Sales

Industry Type: Its Electricals panels & Switchgears manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Responsible for achieving the assigned sales and collection target for the respective territory.
Identifies the right distributor/dealers, evaluates and establishes relationship with them.
Maps the territory thoroughly for potential counters and devices strategies to penetrate and develop them.
Ensures effective in shop development in every counter in their territory. This would include proper display, proper POP placement, catalogue and leaflet availability etc.
Ensures that trade partners are aware of product features and strengths to enable effective secondary selling.
Provides timely market intelligence on competitors products, promotion activities, trade partners requirements etc. to the branch manager and National Head and through them to the marketing team.
Responsible for and developing channel partners and enhancement of counter sales
Responsible for the effective execution of the primary sales planning tool.
Responsible for monitoring tracking and enhancing secondary sales at trade partner counters.
Responsible for ensuring availability of catalogues, POP to the channel partner.
