Job Description

Manage recruitment lifecycle for mid-Senior level positions only through social media channel like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc.
Identify recruitment technologies to expand reach to candidates and work with those partners to integrate the technologies with PeopleStrong technology platform
Role is to identify, attract, and acquire exceptional & diverse talent resources (passive job seekers)
Design and come up with innovative ideas and creative marketing strategies/campaigns to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry
Define, document and set-up effective recruitment processes / operations.
Define and implement sourcing, pitching and recruitment processes.
Ideate and create relevant material for marketing and our businesses to potential candidates.
Hire 100 150 candidates in a year as an individual
