Responsible for Leadership hiring and work closely with key stakeholders
Planning monthly targets and delivery plan
Ready to take individual target
Supervision of Daily Trackers
Maintenance of team Members Performance Dashboard
Using industry specific knowledge and New channel sourcing
Business Insights
Timely Operations review
Input for monthly Invoicing
Process Audit/SLA Tracker
Role is part of Internal Recruitment team

Candidate Profile:

1.Must have experience in leadership hiring
2. Minimum 7 years experience in recruitment's
3. Exposure in stakeholder management
4. Well versed with CPH, Reports, Dashboards, MIS etc
5. Good at people & stress management
6. Good at exploring recruitment channels like Employee referral, Campus, Vendors, Social Media etc.
7. Must have good communication skills
