Planning monthly targets and delivery plan
Ensuring target achievement of Team Members
Team Management
Feedback/Coaching/Goal setting of the Team Members
Supervision of Daily Trackers
Maintenance of team Members Performance Dashboard
Client Engagement
Using industry specific knowledge and New channel sourcing
Business Insights
Client feedback
Timely Operations review
Input for monthly Invoicing
Process Audit/SLA Tracker
Controlling Attrition
Team welfare and development


Degree: - Graduate or above
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment domain of which 2 years should be in leading a team.
Experience in recruitment delivery in the Engineering domain is a must.
Prior Experience of hiring for energy, oil and gas domain.
Have handled minimum 200/250 lateral hires in a year
Prior experience of managing senior level stakeholders
