Job Description :

Preparation of Data for Internal/External Customers.
Interaction with Internal and External Customer regarding Application engineering, product recommendations, product development, troubleshooting, failure analysis and quality document.
Conducting Technical Seminars and workshops at customers place for product approval/acceptance.
Managing team of service engineers in the region including Conduction Monitoring, mounting experts.
Compilation of Mapping data for the region in key industry segments.
Coordinating technical survey and management of different service contracts in the region.
Working with sales to promote Schaeffler service products.
Implementation of Service Initiatives of Strategic Road Maps for key industry segments.
Interaction with Sector Managers/Product managers on New Application/New customer/ New market development.

Note:- Travel frequency for this job is very high.
