Reporting to Head - Food Safety & Hygiene Division India ,As a key member of the Food Safety Team, you will be responsible for developing Business Plans & Execute to profitably grow the business in verticals of Training, Audit and Consulting in North of India for Manufacturing, Retail and Catering sectors of Food and Non-Food Industries, and, Institutions.
This role will be responsible for developing the strategy as well as well as developing tactical plans to profitably grow the business both directly to Third Party Logistics Providers ( 3PL providers) as well and partnering with providers to deliver additional value to their end-customers.
Providing inputs and assisting the head in preparing the training calendar for the region, and ensure its implementation
Training programs could be in areas of food safety and housekeeping as per Indian and International standards
Evaluation of Training effectiveness; Plan and development of new training programme, ppt slides, workshop, course materials, evaluation sheets etc.
Conducting Food Safety & Facility Hygiene Audits pan India and SAARC region and generating timely and error free reports.
Auditing using hand held iMAP devices. Assisting Teams in forming auditing standards and designing checklists.
Designing customized audit templates
Handling consultancy projects for catering / retail and manufacturing units in the areas of food safety standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, etc
Preparing manuals, SOPs on FSMS as a part of consulting projects.
Scouting for new potential customers, individually and in collaboration with the sales team.
Building relationship with key influencers like QCI, FSSAI, CII, FICCI, etc. Preparing manuals, SOPs on FSMS
Market awareness, customer focused, networking, leadership, committed, team player, customer focused.
Exceptional presentation, writing and communication skills.
Understanding of Food Safety laws, expertise in food safety based standards, HACCP / ISO 22000 /FSSC 22000 implementation, consulting and certification.
Experience : 5 - 8 Years in a food industry / hospitality industry. Attended Lead Auditor training in Food Safety Management Systems Consulting / Certification / Auditing experience of minimum 3 years in field of Food Safety Systems is desirable.
Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Microbiology, and Food Biochemistry with some experience in concept selling skills. Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards like HACCP, SQF, BRC, IFS, GLOBAL GAP, etc
