The incumbent will be accountable for Six Sigma projects and would need to partner with designated business and support areas within the Business Processes to identify and implement metrics and improvement opportunities.
The incumbent will be responsible to mentor projects and ensure a review process for all ongoing projects in the business area he/she is aligned with.
The incumbent would be responsible to lead cross-functional project teams (Finance, technology etc) and have close alignments with respective functional businesses.
The position would involve managing and leading awareness/ training programs ( GB trainings, Innovative Idea implementation, and basics of Six Sigma etc)
The Applicant should be a Graduate with min. 7-10 years of experience
Must be a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt resource.
Must have strong project management / change management and conflict resolution skills.

Must have good communication, interpersonal and project Management skills and be able to interact with senior leadership / business partners / customers, both locally and globally.
Should have leadership skills like: strong relationship, collaborating, facilitation, and influencing skills.
