Job Description

Assure quality in processes and outgoing products
Identify opportunities for improvement in process capability of critical process parameters through continuous process audit , monitoring and control of processes
Responsible for conformance to IMS standards and role as unit management representative
Coordinate implementation of quality improvement projects (customer complaints, field failures, process deviations etc.)
Review and updating of PFD, FMEA, CP in each section of manufacturing
Establish linkage / correlation among various critical to quality parameters for establishing better controls
Training of subordinates for improved performance in QA function
Co-ordination with all departments to reduce the non conformities, improve product and process quality
Co-ordinate to identify the special causes and eliminating the same in the process and product
Identify the parameters and monitor to improve the uniformity in product quality
Track customer related processes and ensures compliance.
Market visit for replacement and OEM'S to know customer complaints / get feed back
Review customer requirement and ensure they are met
Attend customer complaints, resolve customer complaints, submit scar / capa
Training / mentoring subordinates for functioning efficiently and effectively to achieve desired goals in projects, work assignments
Attend the customer complaints and coordinate for capa
Identify the voice of customer and coordinate for effective implementation in the product
