Local coordination and support of internal audits and special investigations, corporate and business unit audits in Procurement.
Coordination in follow-up of audit issues
Implement compliance program within procurement in line with company's compliance program
Coordination of Procurement related Compliance and Audit topics with the Central Team.
Coordinating with the Central Procurement and Local Operating Management on conduction of Compliance Round Table.
Responsible for conducting trainings with respect to Contract Management & Compliance topics.
Coordinating as a key account for the buyers for all Legal related topics within procurement
Implementation of the updates in Terms & Conditions, Special Terms, Purchase Orders, Purchase Contracts, all standard contracts, Supplier objections
Support buyers regarding objections on contracts by suppliers and coordinate /communicate for the clarification of the objections with the stake holders on a needs basis according to relevant Guidelines.
Coordination with legal and accounting department on key issues relating to law (foreign and Indian Jurisdiction) affecting procurement in various aspects
Participate in setting up systems and processes for contract management
Coordinate Archiving of standard contracts and update/communicate news on archiving rules in Procurement.
Responsible as a trainer with respect to Contract Management/ Compliance topics.
