Define and maintain processes to ensure project management operations documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
Track and report on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO
Develop positive relationships to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training
Understand the deliverables and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes
Utilize project data to create Management Information for use by the Senior Leadership team.
Develop metrics and reports to monitor and ensure that projects comply with the organization framework.
Manage expectations and relationships with senior stakeholders.
Rollout project management system to effectively track project management operations
Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems.
Analyze and identify tools that can be developed in house and co-ordinate with in house development team for development and roll out.
Qualification And Experience:
5+ years hands on PMO experience
Significant exposure to project and program management methodologies, processes and procedures
Familiarity to project/program management systems and tools
Ability to develop effective working relationships with people across all levels
Ability to bring analytical rigour, structure and solution to problematic areas
An excellent attention to detail
