Job Description

Supporting Actions


Software Application updates to help User increase productivity. Efficiently co-ordinate with Business and the Vendors to conduct an update.
Align modules related to applications used viz. HRMS, Finance Accounting, Websites/Portals, CRM, Workflow Tool and Document Management System.
Monitor all the processes designed in these systems
Maintain Change Management logs on the Application updates executed.
Monitor Database size control and SQL Processes

Discuss requirements with Business Users and align the business processes, document the same for the vendor to develop.

Projects lined up for implementation CRM, Websites / Portal revamp, Workflow Automation, Enhancements in HRMS, DMS adaptability expansion and Enhancements in Financial Accounting System.

Infrastructure availability 24x7 Application to be made available to all - External and Internal Clients.

Conduct full-fledged UAT of selective modules provided by respective application vendors as patch.
Maintain logs on the software updates performed.
Maintain backups of application codes and change requests.
Plan and prepare for the Upgrade and coordinate with users to complete the UAT process in the stipulated period.

Service Delivery

Resolve Internal and External issues within stipulated time.

Provide support for application related issues.
Provide functionality understanding of the requirements.
Prepare a template to take feedback.

Additional skills required

1. Should independently be in a position to understand and create SQL statements to retrieve information from the database.
2. Complete understanding of:
Database structures Platform : Microsoft SQL Databases
PMS/Wealth Management business (Domain knowledge)
Complete SDLC and Project Management
HRMS System (Domain knowledge)
CRM System (Domain knowledge)
Workflow Tools (Domain knowledge)
.NET and ASP, Java, HTML5 programming language
Middleware Integration Technologies
3. Vendor Connects Should be in a position to independently make the requirement document and clearly convey the business requirements to the vendor.
4. Good communication skills
5. Interpersonal skills to connect with users

Qualification MBA in IT or BE/B.Tech
Experience The candidate should have minimum 5-7 of relevant years in financial services.
Total Experience 5-7 years
