- Manages the everyday tasks for Global help desk 24x7 support process and Tier 2 India process
- Work closely with Global Infrastructure and NOC teams
- Keep regular contact with the business and the needs and keep communicating to the GHD the need for change/ process modification
- Helps business with regular updates and MIS/ reports
- Works closely with the Supervisors and Managers to manage the Engineers and upscale the output quality
- Researches, analyzes and establishes best practices that span all disciplines across the IT infrastructure architecture and development spectrum appropriate to Encore.
- Develops, manages and maintains project plan and related documentation based on scope and available resources.
