A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT professional services.
Good to have end to end understanding of IT Infrastructure and global engagement experience
Should be good in handling major incidents and this role involves managing messaging & AD team.
Strong in People management.
Ability to build strong relationships with IT and Business Sr. Management.
Problem solving with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications.
