Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would focus on -
The planning, creation, implementation, and management of marketing and sales campaigns for new residential developments.
Working closely with Developer/Clients from project inception (design, branding, positioning) through sellout.
End-to-end accountability for driving sales results that are aligned with client goals.
Managing marketing and sales campaigns across multiple residential developments and across markets.
Managing all sales and marketing related project costs.
The development, implementation, and management of key marketing and sales deliverable (in partnership with the Sales team) including but not limited to:
o Marketing and sales plans, including budgets and timelines.
o Advertising campaigns, promotional events, broker outreach, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs, and social media
o Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery and signage
o Design, setup, and operation of onsite project Sites
o Manage third party vendors required to create and implement marketing and sales deliverable.
o Conducting ongoing competitive analysis. As necessary, make actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales programs.
Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
Job Specific Skills:
Self motivated individual with relevant experience in Sales/Marketing/Product development
Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector
Excellent proficiency in MS- Office skills and reports generation
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
