Looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of customer service manager having min 5-10 years of experience in gas turbines or related field.
Following are the skills required:
Provide technical & engineering leadership in region. Supporting technical issues in outages & resolution of customer engineering & operation issues in close coordination with the Regional Service Manager.
Support unplanned/forced outages for engineering support.
Work closely with Sales Manager & customers for positioning value solutions, uprates, Fuel conversions with customers including finalizing feasibility, value story presentations.
Provide customer engineering data for finalizing engineering proposals.
Maintain database of GT related details, including outages & parts related details and travel to customer locations to support customer technical review meetings.
Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
Customer centric approach/mindset with good communications & presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously, take lead in development of solutions, under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem solving ability and proactively identify and resolve technical issues by directly working with customers
