*Support KPO and consulting organization on process review and transformation assignments

*Respectfully challenge conventional wisdom and drive enterprise wide high business impact changes to processes and system

*Provide inputs to improvement strategy for various business units utilizing our services

*Recommending required management-level and process-level corrective actions and tracking the implementation of corrective actions

*Interface with various team and support functions to implement process improvement initiatives within India

*Develop training programs to train and certify mass on quality and process skills

*Work with teams to integrate technological solutions that minimize manual intervention in the current system

*Plan, coordinate and make presentations to inform, persuade and educate on process improvements at all levels from associate to CXOs

*Review on-going and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse across varying services

*Accountable for delivering tangible value proposition out of change implementation until handover

*Develop adequate training & process documentation for new process implementation

*Provide inputs for enhancing ongoing quality program and process improvement initiatives

*Create and maintain a hopper of business process improvement opportunities

*Create dashboard and metrics to ensure constant updates to relevant stakeholders

*May manage a team of analyst for any relevant KPO work done out of India

*Perform/Participate in periodic process qualification reviews. 

*Benchmark/Baseline process

*Encourage and facilitate the development of innovation program, and effective use of Ideation platform

Desired Candidate Profile
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
Graduate in any discipline. Excellent leadership, business acumen, presentation and communication skills across multiple geographies. Consulting background will be preferred
Technical Qualifications: Certified Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, hands-on reengineering experience with strong knowledge of process and statistical tools. Master Black Belt preferable but not mandatory
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years experience in similar work, across varying business and levels
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts. The role may involve onsite travel to the extent of 30%
