Manage the payroll preparation/processing.
Preparation of management report i.e. Headcount Report, CTC Report, Leave report and payroll inputs.
Handling end to end function of payroll, Payroll processing, computation, preparation of Reports, Query resolution& Reimbursements.
Processing of inputs (CTC details, One time payments, promotions & increments, incentives & bonus, Resignation details, Full and Final Settlements, LOP Days, Other payments and Deductions) to release the Monthly salaries.
Calculation of full and final settlements of resigned employees, by considering the one time payments and deductions, leave encashment and others.
Responsible for checking and validating the Employee reimbursements and Ensure that the employee's reimbursements are processed within the specified timeline.
To co-ordinate with finance department for salary disbursement.
Updating annual compensation and benefits review of the all employees.
Generating payroll summary, monthly variance reports.
Attending employees queries during the payroll help desk.
Incumbent will head a team of qualified professionals and is responsible for all aspects of payroll of the company.
Experience : Post qualification experience of 10 years in Finance / Accounts / Commercial functions of a reputed organization. Thorough knowledge and experience in managing the payroll in a large multi-divisional , multi-locational organization.
Computerized working environment, using modern systems is essential. The ideal candidate should be working on timeline and under extreme pressure.
