Job Description

Packing Execution Tablets

1.Monitor packing processes of bottle packing, blister packing and conduct inspection as per the validated process.
2.Take decisions on prioritizing the product based on inputs from back order data and weekly plan
3.Handle critical escalations related to quality, equipment, men, material, facility and process
4.Drive team to achieve production excellence in terms of reduction in quality related issues, wastage, quicker turnaround time by initiating new process in consultation with TTG, QA , R&D and new product development to have flexibility in plant operations
5.Interact with equipment vendors for change parts for machines and equipments.

Packing Monitoring

1.Conduct weekly /biweekly review with team to discuss product status, critical interventions taken and deviations from the weekly plan etc.
2.Monitor change over process and evaluate finish to start time of the manufacturing area
3.Track run time of the machine
4.Evaluate yield of the machine
5.Review performance (loads and queues at each work center) on daily basis and provide updates on the same to Planning team in order to ensure adherence to EDDs, avoid slippages and efficient machine performance.

Compliance & Audits

1.Conduct checks and self-inspections.
2.Review preventive maintenance and provide feedback to maintenance team
3.Explain process, deviations or GMP compliance to inspector/auditors during customer, regulatory and quality audits.
4.Explain CAPA taken and outcome of them in order to ensure compliance to cGMP requirements, protocols and procedures.
Market Complaints Review and Incident Management:
5.Facilitate root cause analysis for market complaint/incident and provide CAPA as require
6.Implement recommendations; Monitor effectiveness of CAPA
7.Train people and/or improve on the existing processes/equipments
8.Review and forward the change control request prepared by team to QA with the justification in order to ensure that market complaints and incidents are closed satisfactorily and within timelines.

SHE Compliance

1.Active participation in PARIVARTAN initiatives and monitor compliance by the team
2.Conduct spot checks and talk to personnel to evaluate safety norms in order to maintain compliance to safety, health and environment initiatives.
People Development:
3.Conduct goal setting, performance appraisals and mentoring/ coaching for team members
4.Collaborate with HR in manpower planning, recruitment activities and talent development efforts
5.Provide training to team members on new processes when required
6.Contribute to technical training centers to prepare content for training;
7.Handle grievance of team members by counselling employee and escalate it to HR team for further actions (if required)
8.Interact with SMTs / supervisors on regular basis for any issue resolution in order to maximize retention and performance of team members.
