Job Description -- Outbound Business Development Head
Business:
1. Understand the business from different stakeholder perspectives -- Internal/External
2. Analyze the information provided by Business intelligence team and decide target Industry Segments
3. Strategize the Marketing Plan segment-wise (industry/Group/Company levels)
4. Choose methodologies to implement the marketing plans
5. Resource for executing the marketing efforts
6. Implement and monitor the execution of plans
7. Drive and achieve targets

People:
Staffing
Training
3. Mentoring and Coaching(at individual level)
4. Team building
5. Empowerments

Finance:
1. Budget for resourcing and implementing marketing efforts
2. Balance between Investment Vs expenses dimensions
3. ROI with forecasting

Information Technology
1. Understand & Optimize e-commerce efforts
2. Leverage IT capabilities for data storage/analysis/MIS/execution follow-on
3. Being aware of possible adverse implications - public platforms

Qualification: MBA
Experience: 10 to 12+ years in Sales and or Marketing
Age Preference: 35+
