Job Description

Roles Purpose:

Ensure that production activities are made in accordance with the business requirements and with the company quality, safety, environmental and social policies.
Ensure coordination with other services.
Ensure the administrative and government liasoning.

Job Role:

Manage the operational organization including personnel supervision and production processes execution.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Ensure start-up and functioning of production plant and wastewater treatment, as well as and managing protective equipment.
Manage production activities planning in collaboration with the Business Manager.
Ensure that production activities are made in accordance with the company Quality, Safety, Health Environmental and social policies by enforcing all company rules and procedures in these domains.
Manage the maintenance jobs and turnaround planning, together with the Production Engineer and the Maintenance Manager
Manage or execute the production planning process, collecting technical and economical data reflecting the jobs execution
Assist the process Management during test-run activities.
Assist the Executive Director as and when required.
Ensure procurement planning and management activities, in cooperation with the warehouse Engineer.
Ensure the availability and the update of all technical documentation that is necessary to manage the production activities.
Take part in the training of the company's manpower.
Ensure that the internal Safety, Health & Environment protection directives and procedures are operatively met.
Collaborate in the editing and updating of the quality plan and participate in the problem analysis of the catalyst treatments quality.
Ensure government liasoning.
Other duties assigned by management as and when required.

SKILLS:

Knowledge and skills relating to the functioning of industrial plants and internal processes.
Experience in managing plant in process industries.
Basic knowledge in Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Management.
Social skills with Good Leadership
Problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of English
Basic IT knowledge
Legal knowledge concerning industrial plants operation
Knowledge of catalyst
Negotiation Skill
Knowledge of liasoning
High comfort level working in a diverse environment with flexibility.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Experience of managing small team of 15-20 people.
