Adding value to Customer Operation through driving Improvement Projects

Build strong positive working relationship with the customer resulting in high VOC ratings
Leading a team of span of control of at least 100 agents
Minimum 7 years of experience working with Operations.
Project / People management team management Skills.
Excellent communication skills, good thought leadership, good people and Analytical skills. Judgmental decision making.
Proven track record of driving process improvement in operations and driving value addition for the customer.
Experience in developing and maintaining procedural documentation
Candidate with Telecom Experience will be preferred however
Candidate should be able to work under pressure & meet timelines.
