Job Description

Qualification:   Any graduate ,  MBBS    degree  preferable

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Maintain &  monitor project metrics

2.Interact with   clients with  respect  to  project status and plans

3. Conduct team  meetings  to  review  internal project / task status

4.Report internally and, to  the client periodically

5.Closely   monitor team  performance against  client SLAs and develop & implement   improvement plans
wherever  necessary

6.Oversee migration of projects   through  BAU   stage and until handover to  Operations

7.Manage customer relationships  during design & planning and pilot phase

8. Undertake  all project  management responsibilities ( including project  planning,  sizing,   financial

9. validation of commercials  ,  client & internal reporting on project metrics, etc)

10.Develop  offshore  service management  framework  ( SSA, SLAs , etc   ) jointly  with   customer for   offshore
service   delivery

11.Ensure   adequate   staffing (   numbers and  quality   ) in recruitment by   coordinating with HR team

12.Accountable  for    migration  costs and  ensure that these are within budget

13.  Evaluate project risks and  develop  & implement mitigation plans

14.Support  onshore  sales and   relationship management team in identifying new /  additional business opportunities  with the customer

15. Coordinate with  IKS transition /operation /quality /  training  /     sales team on Knowledge Transfer related

16. activities and act as a  SPOC for  1st  3 -4  months of project going live

17. Conduct   TTT (Train    The Trainer) sessions  post Knowledge Transfer if required and  work closely with
trainers /  QA's /   TL's when they   train new resources

18.  Meet targets defined for  issues / escalations  reported by client in regard to Knowledge Transfer

19.  Work /  coordinate with   existing   projects on quality issues  / learning opportunities so that   CSAT does

20.not get impacted on future clients

Experience and Qualification:

Any graduate, MBBS degree preferable

Minimum 8 years of experience

If the candidate  does not have  an MBBS degree, then the candidate must have a minimum  of  8 years

of experience  in US   Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Or 4 years of  experience in US

Healthcare  Clinical   Operations

Should have Transition   / Project  /   Program  Management Experience

Should have Client Management   Experience

Experience in   Change   Management   Scenarios is an additional advantage

Should have managed  teams   in the past  and good with people/ team   management

Should be willing to work in  shifts and travel at short notice
