Job Description

o Manpower planning and analysis and coordinating with different lines of businesses in getting accurate forecasting for budgetary purposes.
o Helps the BUH in accurate allocation of manpower as per the budgetary forecasts.
o Single point of contact and coordinator with Transport team for optimization of routs and costs.
o Interface between the procurement functions and Operations to ensure effectiveness of procurement and on time delivery.
o Co-ordinates with external vendors and other agencies for any events/R&R
o Interface between the Operations and MIS team to ensure timely reporting and coordinate changes as required.
o Interface between Operations and Administration team to ensure all required site admin tasks are implemented, including compliance and risk.
o Drives account level projects which brings significant efficiency and cost benefits to the organization.
o Excellent communication and articulation capability
o Ability to work with senior stakeholders
o Collaborative and good peoples manager
o Excellent in EXCEL and other office analysis tools.
o Excellent analytic capability
o Ability to spot opportunities for improvements and creating projects for improvement.
o Exhibits maturity and poise in dealing with multiple stakeholders and works for the best interest of the account and Organization
