Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in capacity management and space management.
Should be an expertise in workforce management domain
Should possess excellent communication skills with convincing and negotiation skills
Should be from service orientation background
Expertise in Excel reporting and presentation skills required
Should be comfortable handling multiple clients required
Should have handled a planning of 1000+ seats.
Coordinate with various teams within the Function for data collation and generate various MIS Reports
Lead the automation imitative and provide valuable inputs on enhancements
Define internal and external processes
Audit the Team in terms of process adherence
Drive critical Projects which can result seat optimization and internal customer delight
Drive seat/asset utilization.Generate early warning reports to flag the headcount variations against the plan
Track the headcount and joiners pipe line of various Business Units and Support Services
Analyze cost effective business model for the site, which enables the headcount growth with better resource utilization.
